It states that Adult chat broadcasters should:
 not broadcast shots of bare breasts before 22:00;
 at no time broadcast invasive shots of presenters‟ bodies. Ofcom cautions against physically intrusive, intimate shots of any duration; and against less intrusive shots
that may become unacceptable by virtue of their being prolonged;
 at no time broadcast anal, labial or genital areas or broadcast images of presenters
touching their genital or anal areas either with their hand or an object;
 ensure that presenters‟ clothing adequately covers their anal, labial or genital areas. They should also avoid adjusting their clothing (including clutching or bunching) which results in anal, labial or genital areas being exposed;
 at no time broadcast images of any real or simulated sex acts (these include vaginalor anal intercourse, masturbation, fellatio or cunnilingus);
 at no time include shots of presenters spitting onto their or others‟ bodies, or include shots of presenters using other liquids, such as oil and lotions, on their genital or anal areas.
 at no time broadcast shots of presenters using liquids of a sort or in a way which suggests the liquid is ejaculate;
 at no time broadcast sexually explicit language; and
 ensure any sexual language broadcast is restrained, and avoid its use altogether before midnight.

Licensees should take particular care if two or more presenters appear together on screen. If there is any contact between the presenters of an erotic or sexual nature (for example kissing, stroking, or contact between thighs, breasts or genital areas) or any miming or simulation of a sexual act performed by one presenter on another, in Ofcom‟s view there is a high risk of causing serious or widespread offence against generally accepted standards.

So thats it. No more girl-girl action. Ever. Even at 3am it can cause "serious or widespread offence". Sometimes you just have to pity Ofcom having to cope with all those complaints.

Well excuse me but have I just missed something here but isn't that the whole point of a babe show, to be fucking erotic, if the babe channels stick to these ridiculous rules as per published they'd be aswell as closing the fucking damn channels down and just getting to fuck. Well Scottishbloke, that is one option, and I dont mind you being angry about it. As I see it, things have been tamed to the level they are at now (I refer again to Fernanda on right now, within guidelines, pretty erotic, quite distracting). Channels are already developing parallel content in encrypted format BSX and online, and may go further down that road. I dont see much reason so far to think the standards will lower again. Of course I want to see more, but I can live with it as it is.

OK then what if they did have full on sex on the screen,big deal, where's the evidence that it would actually cause any kind of widespread harm, afterall when someone tunes into these channels isn't that the kind of material you should expect to see anyway, afterall they are clearly labeled as adult channels should ofcom should get their facts straight and know that is exactly what a realistic viewer expectation should be. This country sadly is nothing but a fucking nanny state and that's something Cameron promised he would do away with if he ever came to power. I see he kept his promise then didn't he. FUCKING LIAR

Just noticed (my bad) youre right, they have expanded on restrictions to girl-girl contact. The guidelines used to say just:

• ensure that where more than one presenter is in shot greater care is taken to avoid broadcasting the above images or language.

Which referred to the other 9 points (no breasts before 10 yadda yadda). But now it says, to quote eccles above:

This is very annoying. Previously it seemed to be pretty empty of content, just 'be more careful of points 1-9!', which they have to be anyways. But now lots of things appear to be not allowed. Not sure if it stops spanking, but I suppose so.

So maybe this was in response to babechannels seeking clarification on a pretty useless small bit of the earlier guidance, but if so it seems a very bad job. The conditional statement 'If xxxx then in Ofcom's view there is a high risk of causing blah blah blah'. Such a weasel sentence designed to cover their asses.
