Don't know what's worse - The laughable spelling or the fact that 3 massive OSG's, all saying the same thing, have squashed the girls into a tiny box at one side.

And this... Of the 3 messages in this picture, spot the mistake -

Yes, it's the top-right one - Preeti has it between her legs. I'm guessing she didn't write it herself Big Grin

Looking at the latest OSG's (silly me did not think it possible that BS could sink any lower) the words "low budget" and "amateur" spring to mind. Or if I really wanted to put the boot in "channel run by baboons" but then that's being unfair to baboons.
the new graphics system is weeks away, and is looking so much better

That reminds me of the chap who when asked about the prospects of energy from nuclear fusion said: "Fusion is thirty years away and always will be"

Is this the same new graphics system that was mentioned before last christmas by one of your colleagues or is it a brand new, new graphics system. Also does that mean we can expect new look graphics or is it simply the system that you will use to populate the screen that will be different?
Excuse the cynicism-your posts are welcome...it's unfortunately just the poor reputation your company has these days that makes us doubting Thomas'

Very vague post that. How many weeks exactly? 5? 20? 1000?

Or is this mystical all singing all dancing new graphics system going to rear its head on the date I suspect it will?...The 12th of never. Not knocking you personally but as was posted earlier, we have heard a very similar sounding fish story once before....nearly a year ago if memory serves...and feck all has happened.
any of you who work in a business environment would know there are priorities which come and go, changing each day depending on the demands of the company at that time.

Although the graphics system has taken much longer than it should have, its had a number of set backs, and been delayed due to our small teams having to shift their focus to other projects as and when needed. We've had new channel launches with whole new services behind them, studio refits, server room refits.. all mission critical things which take staff off their work on the new graphics system. It's also a brand new system which we are building from the ground up with a partner, and there is a lot of to-ing and fro-ing to make sure the system does what we need now, and is scalable enough for our demands going forward. We all know the current graphics are awful to look at, but they work so if something breaks, that has to be priority over replacing already working systems.

by weeks away we mean 2 maybe 3, depending on how the testing goes. I'm suprised I need to explain that. The most eagle eyed of you might have seen it run on the day time shows for a couple of minutes a couple of months back
In any business enviroment customer service and satisfaction should always be a high priority

there wouldn't be any customers to keep satisfied if we didn't prioritise building and maintaining the fundamental systems which run the shows
