yeah did seem a lot less worse although did not have paige on the phones for least ten mins at teh start of the bsx selling this video which was a bit excessive but BS1 did seem to be a little better

I have to agree ally, it is just ludicrous that this advertising has gone awol. It is stupid and you don't see this on TVX channels at all. Please babestation take a leaf out of their book and change seriously for us and not yourselves. When the new financial year comes into play, you'll be regretting your tactics of doing this in the first place.

If only they could read this thread and recent posts in the general thread they would see the depth of feeling on this subject and realise that if the situation continues they will lose viewers (and possibly girls) until there will be no-one left. I for one only watch when Paige is on and half the time its with gritted teeth because of those bloody graphics!!

None of the other channels have extra graphics and they seem to cope well enough so why should BS be any different? In fact they don't have them on BS Daytime as often so why the hell should night time be any different?

And Babestation, if you read this, I can assure you people will keep ranting on this forum until you do something about it!!

As I've said, constructive criticism, arguments and points are passed on, we send links to this thread to the relevant people, they know what you think and they make a decision whether or not to change it.

Us guys that write for Babestation on here are, I think, quite accomodating. When we can be we're helpful and supportive, we do what we can. We do a lot more than other channels, and we do talk to people here about the points you make. You have us as a contact point and outlet.

Now, I do have a serious question, since you guys started reporting how bad the OSG were, have you noticed any improvement or any changes at all or is it still exactly the same?

They seem to be as bad as ever. Some nights are better than others (I assume it depends on which producers are working) but you only have to look at some of the caps in this thread to see how bad things can be. The worst offender has to be the almost permanent black box in the corner. While I understand the need to advertise, sometimes it just says meaningless things like "This girl wants you! Call now!". I would think that's pretty obvious. The rest of the time it's either announcing a girl caller (doesn't interest me but fair enough), or advertising pictures, which can easily be advertised at the bottom of the screen (as on BSXtra).

Also wanted to ask, if you are indeed passing on our complaints to the relevant people, why do we need to write letters as well?

because according to some people on here, we don't have authorisation to speak on here unless we're the CEO (only when it benefits them).. so therefore we have given them the official means to form a complaint

Do the messages not get proof read before being put on screen? Earlier BSX displayed this gem at the bottom of the screen: "bS INFO DON'T FORGET ABOUT THESE'S FILTHY XRTA'S GET THEM ALL VID'S AND PIC'S SIMPLE TXT VID OR PIC PLUS THE BABES NAME". There was more, but Jada got a girl caller, so a new message (with a LOT of asteriks) took its place.

I hope it lasts too bytor. Goes to show some of the producers are more pro Cellcast than others. Maybe they are starting to listen and agree with us that it's a bit ott with bsxtreme ads and xxx pic ads.

I hope that by "the relevant people" you mean top management. This ridiculous situation has to be adversely affecting the company's income. Even if it's being done as a result of a policy decision, do they know exactly how it's being implemented and the depth of anger it's causing?

It can, and does, happen in this one. If it's good enough for the BBC it should be good enough for Babestation. What's the difference between a member of Cellcast's management coming on here to answer criticism and a BBC Controller doing the same on 'Points of View'?

It's worse. For a start, the black box on the left of screen now seems to be a permanent fixture. A second box is often added, either below the first (but not in line with it, which adds to the untidiness) or on the opposite side of the screen. If you must have the messages, why not just change the wording in the existing box?

Why not put ALL messages down in OSG area at the bottom of the screen? There are suitable boxes at both ends.

In addition to the black text boxes we are now getting video boxes popping up from time to time, often for no discernable reason, and the unnecessary half height OSGs seem to be more frequent and often left on screen for much longer periods.

In my opinion, since we started these complaints Babestation has effectively given us all the middle finger by intensifying the whole thing.

And, of course, to add to the whole unpleasant experience on Freeview the Xtreme ads are now being shown in back-to-back double doses.

Yes, top management read the points and posts. Also, as much as I'm sure you'd like to think it's the case, as far as I'm aware the on-screen graphic situation has had no affect on caller numbers/income.

Come on man, the BBC run tonnes of programs watched by millions of people and must get 1000s of complaints about 1000s of different things, and they choose to answer a tiny proportion of those on a 5 minute show to give something back to the viewer. You're a handful of people on a forum who aren't happy with some on screen graphics on an adult sex chat show. It's not the same thing, not even slightly.

I'm sure the BBC get a lot of written complaints as well, and I'm sure they try to reply to as many as possible. We have, on 2 occasions, given you the address to send in a written complaint, which we'll be happy to read and respond to. As far as I'm aware the count of received letters currently stands at zero. It may just be they're in the post, it hasn't been that long since we gave the address. Or it may be that you're a handful of angry people on a forum, more comfortable getting a bee in your bonnet on here than you are sending in anything official.

Vila, why do you watch the shows? If it's bothering you this much, why are you watching? Do you watch just so you can find stuff to come on here and berrate us about? Because it seems that way. If it bothers you so much, why don't you just do yourself and us a favour and just stop watching, you don't have to watch it, change the channel, peace of mind for everyone is but click on a remote away.
