Is that a bad part of the coastline?

When I first heard about this I thought that it would be a grass fire on Bilsdale or maybe the CME has burnt the toast but this looks bloody serious, like that's the cables on the mast itself.

I am curious what others think about this?
I think what happened in Plymouth should be considered a terrorist attack, there is no defending this subculture, these incels are a strange, dangerous bunch, their attitudes towards women are genuinely twisted and scary.
Wow this afghanistan situation is dire

Amazing though we have seen more of Prince Andrew than the actual Foreign Secatary Rabb says all we need to know about boris and co
This was always likely after Biden declared that the U.S were unilaterally pulling out regardless of the situation on the ground. In fairness, he wasn't helped by the intelligence community who got their analysis badly wrong - AGAIN !!!!!!

It isn't though hindsight to say that anyone who thought the Taliban would have a conversion on some road to damascus - at all - but certainly to the extent that they would not seek to take the opportunity to re establish themselves that withdrawal would afford them - showed incredible naivety. A leopard - its spots and all that.

For now, the Taliban have ordered that militants stay in the background. Does anyone seriously suggest that this situation will remain?? They haven't changed their fundamental beliefs one little bit, so the chances of them allowing more rights and freedoms (eg basic human rights) - I would suggest - are slim to none.

What about the U.S and British lives (with others) lost in apparent pursuit of ridding Afghanistan of the tyranny of the Taliban?? Were they for nothing?? If you truly bought into the 'freedom for the afghan people narrative' then no. If you always believed that the campaign was only ever about U.S naked post 9/11 revenge - then no!

The Taliban were always the extremist, ruthless scumbags that belatedly the U.s and their skivvy lap dog finally saw as being beyond the pale. During this lengthy period, we didn't give a crap about human rights, democracy or anything approaching it. The U.S self interest didn't register there then so Afghan people were left to suffer.

We will see to what extent the Govt show how much we really pursued the campaign for the Afghan people, by the manner in which they give safe sanctuary. In particular to those Afghanis who signed up to assist us - interpreters etc
You will find it was trump administration who started this off biden didnt help the situation but if trump had won this would have still happened but in may instead of now

Actually it was Trump who did that. He also said the Taliban would assist the USA by preventing terrorists attacking the West. Oh and he invited them to Camp David although that didn’t take place. He also encouraged the Afghan Govt to release 5,000 Taliban prisoners as part of some fictional peace settlement. Those same released Taliban will be in Kabul tonight.

Biden continued the Trump withdrawal plan although he extended it by a few months. Sadly I think the assessment that if the Afghans won’t fight the Taliban themselves then the USA and Nato Alliance should not be there is true. Very very sad for the fine Afghans who will suffer under Taliban rule.

There are reports of dead Afghan soldiers in the streets in Khandahar. They did not die fighting but were rounded up and executed.

I fear that in the next few hours we will hear of the death of Uk diplomatic staff and civilians who can’t get out in time.
Only reason that camp david meeting didnt happen was because it was leaked and it was on like sept 10th or 9th the weekend before the 911 memorials

should have known this would happen i mean it happened with Kurds in northern syria just upped and left and all hell broke loose
Taliban Spokesman claims they are in talks aimed at forming an "open, inclusive Islamic Government".

As an Oxymoron that's right up there with Great French Military Victories and American Military Intelligence.

I wonder what possessed the Police to hand Davidson his gun licence back when he was accused of assault. They must have been flagged that up before hsnding bsck his licence.

I would agree that maybe there is enough evidence to suggest that it should be treated as such as you describe Skully mate, from what I read these incels are on the rise and certainly sound like the sort of blokes who probably are in the channels streams piosing all nice but away from the streams are genuinely twisted I wonder now if the channels will be a bit more careful who they allow to sign up to their streams and more importantly look to protect tjhe babes becauae if these guys are serious enough they would probably see the channels as a prime target for their twisted attitudes.
