It hasn't happened in Scotland. Not according to that link you posted anyway, because the story in that link is nothing more than an apology and not a pardon.
No, it hasn't happened in Scotland. That's why the petition mentioned in this thread refers to pardons for the whole of Great Britain (therefore including Scotland).
There was a private members bill to get it done in Scotland, but it came to nothing. The Scottish government have since said they have no plans to issue pardons.
