i mean these are the allegations that were made in the mirror in 2016

Least we dont have to go to the expense of recalling him and then having a byelection Tongue Tongue Tongue
Off to the polls we go then.
12th December.
Damn, it's quiet here. Has election fatigue set in already? Wink

So, Corbyn's promising to double glaze the rest of my house, insulate it, and provide me with renewable energy sources.

Hmmm.... Cool
^ Yeah but he's also going to nationalise all the utilities and the railways at below market price so all that money invested by your pension fund in them will be worth shit. You'll be warm though as you starve to death Smile
Don't you worry. Most of my pension fund is well out of Corbyn's reach Wink

Sir Lindsay Hoyle has been elected Speaker of the Commons.
He defeated fellow Labour MP Chris Bryant 325-213 in the final run off.

If I didn't know better, I'd suspect somebody in the political classes has been watching that old Peter Cook film "The Rise And Rise of Michael Rimmer" where an unscrupulous type gets himself into Parliament, and then to promote "democracy" introduces a scheme of compulsory voting whereby the electorate has to vote on every single issue that comes before Parliament, day and night.
So after vote-after-vote-after-vote on generally unimportant and tedious procedural matters at all hours, they finally all vote "yes" on a bill to give up their right to vote, and leave him as Dictator.
