Mark Allen lost a 2nd round decider to some minor guy. Tubs Murphy was pushed to a decider by old hand Marco Fu, but slithered over the line.
Rory McLeod supposedly got Ronnie's spot, and reached the 3rd round.

Mark Williams lost to Robbie "no relation" Williams. Barry Pinches also lost in the 2nd round.
Ricky Walden saw off Stuart Bingham, and Stan Moody reached the last 16 at the expense of Gary Wilson. Tubs Murphy sailed through in a whitewash though.
Moody crashed out to the fearsome, er, Yuan Sijun. Even better, Tubs lost by the same score to Chris Wakelin. Hawkins has made the quarters, though.
Lisowski through to play either Wakelin or Yuan. Hawkins starting strongly against Gilbert, with Trump or Maguire awaiting.
Semi finals:

Jack Lisowski v Chris Wakelin

Judd Trump v Barry Hawkins
I should have guessed the exit of Maguire would get a response Wink

All-English line-up.
Chris Wakelin has claimed a shot at the title with a 6-1 dismantling of Jack Lisowski.
Thought Hawkins was going to cause an upset when he led 4-1, but comeback kid Trump got the win.

Wakelin must be the long-shot, but he's done well to make the final anyway.
Wakelin did get a 2-1 lead, but then Trump stepped it up. The 7th frame was decisive, as Wakelin looked set to bring it back to 4-3, but Trump won as part of a 7 frame sequence, and he finished it 9-3 for his 3rd title in a row. But credit to Wakelin, probably his biggest week in the game.
