Good comment although I'm not sure it's BS brains they need, but the same financial resources as BS.

Diversifying is probably a good move. Maybe this idea will work, maybe it won't. But trying something a bit different is probably a good idea. It looks like the babe channel market is shrinking these days and for the channels to stay around in the future they all need to be thinking of what they could do differently.

Very good points here Barrie about babechannels diversifying so that they can stay around and compete against other babechannels and webcams. Wouldn't surprise me that if studio66 USA is a success, the other babechannels launch their own versions of it

As far as I can see nobody answered your question, but it makes no difference where a broadcast originates. If it ends up being shown on a UK TV channel (Sky 941 in this case) it's bound by the same rules and regulations as all other UK TV channels.

If you get Ariana Marie or Cameron Dee then you will defo get my custom, though I doubt you could afford them so I won't get my hopes up
All this talk of Friday the 13th...

How about this guy for a session or two?

He's done TV shows before, so...

Give him some implants and a bikini and presto!

It all depends where the licence for the channel is issued from. If the channel has changed ownership and their office is based in the states then they will be regulated by the US not the UK.
I do like Scottishblokes's thoughts on this idea and it's understandable after the other crap feeds they've had from the USA. I like others prefer homegrown talent, but if they are going to provide something different then time will tell if it's a success or not. If it's just one woman in her house, be it the living room, bedroom or wherever, will it work with poor picture quality when you can easily go on webcams on line with HD quality. I think it would be much better if set up correctly in a studio with at least a couple of girls on each night. I suppose we'll find out next Friday, they have plenty of time to sort out any glitches by advertising it in advance and giving themselves a week which is more then enough time.

Let's hope it's something different and watchable, otherwise this thread will turn into another slating thread for S66.
It's nothing new for babe channels to broadcast on Sky TV from studios in the USA or other country's, LA Babes was once such channel http://www.babeshows.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?fid=100
Asian connections is currently broadcast from a overseas studio, as did the RLC Latinas channel when that was up and running http://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=49387

If i'm not mistaken all of these channels used a Ofcom licence even though they broadcast from overseas, so i'm guessing STD 66 USA will be the same .
All these channels suffered from bad picture quality at times as well, i don't think they were broadcast via webcam though .
It's not really anything new to broadcast from a overseas studio via webcam on Sky TV either, the Storm early morning day shows are broadcast from a studio via webcam i believe, the picture quality is also crap .

If it is successfully and a money spinner then i wouldn't be surprised if STD 66 get new Sky channel to broadcast another USA based show or drop another existing UK based show and replace it with a USA broadcast channel .
if its an american licence then they and us are fucked cos the FCC are worse than ofcom
