So far i have been unimpressed and hardly watched the channel.
When i first heard about it and heard Allie Haze was gonna be on i was thinking hell yes!
Despite what some people have said i think she is stunning. She has got that fresh, bubbly, cheeky girl next door look to her. Yet she is filthy as they come. Not got that fake look to her.
Agree with what Rammy said though all the babes are being restricted. I have not seen any of the babes naked yet. When they made Allie put on 2 pairs of knickers on that first night. She looked like someone from victorian Britain.
So a channel that i was so excited about has left a bad taste in my mouth.
I think it could still be a success. They just need to let the girls deliver shows that are at least of the same strength as the British girls.
I mean lets face it Cara B's last extended tease show was the same strength show as what i have seen from some of the girls on this channel.
The chance to speak with a pornstar is definitely something that will appeal to some. (maybe more to the casual viewer of the babechannels)
I also understand the thing with watching British babes and how far will they go.
If they don't allow the girls of the leash more and get the shows to the same level as the normal channels then i can't see a future for the channel.
At the end of the day viewers of the babechannels come to see tits and nakedness. If they see that it gets em in the mood to call the girls.

Fair point, but I think with those girls their popularity was more to do with personality and performance than their porn pedigree.

The difference is they came out of the gates firing on all cylinders and weren't afaik advertised as pornstars straight away. Lolly appeared to be one of those girls who loved and got off on what she was doing all the time, when you enjoy your job, it comes across that way on-screen which gets people to get involved. Ultimately she played her role well.

Rammy, they aren't being held back from what they want to do, they do their actual job once they finish the stint on the phones. They are PORNSTARS, not Glamour models. This show is purely a cash grab from S66 as something is obviously not going well on the backend. Some of the girls they have on the shows peaked back in the 2000's, a fanbase is there but as i've said before, when you can google them and get harder content than what is being offered on screen, why bother to call?
I could get it if S66 were getting them to do shoots exclusively for them to sell on the backend but they ain't. Why pay for a voice when all you want from them is to get you off anyway? If you're a superfan you may call in just to say you have but the people behind you don't want to listen to a superfan waffle on about "anal adventures with sindiana bones 7 and that 1 scene where she eats a doughnut whilst getting rimmed" they want to speak to the girl and get off.
Rammy, when was the last time you called into the show? I remember you from back in the BS heyday's but i'm intrigued to know if you still actively participate?

If you take away the "pornstar" novelty label and just look at the performers as girls on a babe channel, the only one worth watching so far has been Dahlia Sky, who ironically I had never heard of before so the fact she was a porn actress was irrelevant. She made an effort to move around sexily and didn't spend a lot of time fully dressed like the others.
Allie is great looking but was boring on the show, and Sara Jay was the name that stood out when I saw the initial schedule but I have to say her two shows were as dull as could be.
I'm thinking maybe it would be better if they did just bring in some young unknown hopefuls, like the FTV girls, who just love to show off their bodies, without any expectations.

In a roundabout way yes, people will call in regardless, but as i stated, a superfan will want to speak to the girl which isn't what makes S66 money, its about keeping the people in the queue behind them on the call, so they won't want to listen to them talk baout what porn film is better as they aren't making money if they go off and google search them. It's the unavailability of the talent that makes money.
[written as a general post not a reply to Nes] can we all just accept that they have alot more fans than the UK girls? Initially, alot of those fans will call to get to speak to their favourite US porn stars because they can't speak to them any other time, unless it's a meet and greet/convention. There is a market for it other than the UK show regular. And with any luck, those who tune in for the pornstars online will also realise there is a whole bunch of channels to choose from and that they may get more bang for their buck with the other girls. Though some will still be happy with the novelty because they are loyal fans.
If s66 can somehow get back to 3 UK shows it would obviously be welcome though
Re: Nes, the queues. It's a fair point and the stacking of calls/connection fees is important. But the fan numbers are in some cases 100x greater than the UK girls on twitter alone, where it's being plugged. Initially there will be floods of calls. I also can't see it lasting much further than a summer fling as I've also mentoned. But that's just my guess.
