I can't help feeling Monty has made one huge mistake in his Ryder Cup picks.
He has picked an out of form Harrington, at the expense of a top Ryder Cup performer in Paul Casey..
Harrington's playing terrible.
I haven't seen that much of it, apart from the odd bit and what's been on SSN which has been rain reports mainly (and sadly).
The good news is that not only has the team upped their game, but Harrington is beginning to get his form back.
It looks like Europe will turn around the deficite and may well have a small lead going into the singles tommorrow.
What I want to know is what idiot decided to schedule the Ryder Cup for Wales in October! The fact that there would be heavy rain was perhaps the easiest thing anyone could be asked to predict!
Now I and I suspect a lot of other people looking forward to watching the climax to a top sporting event will be at work and unable to do so.
The competion has always been at this time of the year.
The team was picked from this years top earners so it needs to be at the end of the session.
Most of the UK has had heavy rain, and it must be Wales turn to run the competition.
The sad part is that there are no Welsh golfers good enough to make the team on their own country
Phew - McDowell should be knighted for the way he played the 16th.
As for the lack of Welsh golfers, look out for Rhys Davies - I'd expect him to make the team next time out.
