To be fair he's been played out of position all tournament to fit the French team's formation. Deschamps has used him as a deep sitting holding midfielder when he's at his best as an attacking midfielder. If Pogba was played in his club position then it would've meant Griezmann moving out wide from the central position where he's been so successful all tournament. If you've watched him play for Juventus you'd see what a fantastic player he is when used in his optimum position.

I would only pay that sort of money for a goal scorer.
