Not if it worked he wouldn't. I would never advocate just keep booting it up to the big man. But he can hold up play, win knock downs gor Vardy and get on the end of crosses. HE would have given Vardy, Rooney and Ali more space to play with.
Not enough use of the wings for me - too much frontal play in front of the 10 man defence which lead to going nowhere - more crosses from the wings and people running on to the ball we might have got some clean headers or vollies in perhaps even a penalty. Still their goalkeeper was fairly good shot stopper. Well Done Wales too.
