That's only in England though. ITV1 in Wales is showing the Wales match.

The reason that the England match is being shown on ITV2 is so anyone who's English but lives in Wales can still see the England match, just as anyone who's Welsh but lives in England can still see the Wales match because it's on ITV4.

Ah, I see. That still seems overkill though - both matches are available on ITV2 and ITV4 in England and Wales, so duplicating the matches on ITV1 is unnecessary. It's all digital now, so if you can get ITV1, then you can get 2 & 4 too. Unless I'm missing something here.

ITV1 gets double the viewing figures of all the other ITV channels put together. Therefore, ITV want the England match on ITV1 in England and the Wales match on ITV1 in Wales in order to do everything possible to maximise their audience. ITV2 and ITV4 are minority interest channels.

Ooh. Potential penalty not given for Switzerland in the last minute which could have affected the draw for round two and beyond .

UEFA should kick them out. It'll be best thing for Croatia. They seem to be always paying fines and playing behind closed doors. Obviously the current punishments aren't working.

Anyone planning to go to the world cup in Russia? Will be like a war zone.
