Presumably being one of the lot...what point am I allegedly missing?

The point I am trying to say is that with them just buying everybody they want with unlimeted money and wages will eventually ruin football. It is starting now.

In Brasil the teams do not have super rich owners and they produce player after player from academys and many become stars. The league is more exciting and equal which is fair for everybody competing. This is how football clubs should be run, as a sports club earning trophies through hard work through the club and earn them.

There should not be teams like Monaco basically buying the titles through some Billionaires money. Especially just after FFP has just be introduced to stop this stupid spending.
Seriously didn't see this coming....

Just false paper talk considering they got plenty attacking players plus they still got villa on their books
I'm not sure, it could be true you know. David Villa is leaving isn't he? Pretty sure he is and they don't have any other strikers, they need one in the squad at least, surely!
villa is like 31 years old so is there any club willing to take him especially as he is still gonna command big wages so overall it aint worth it, they play 4-3-3 so I take it messi and neymar gonna fill the striking roles plus don't they usually experiment playing without strikers or is that spain?

Yeah someone will take David Villa. I know what you mean about the wages, they could be an issue but i think he wants to leave himself, so if he really does, at 31, he'll probably take a small cut to get away somewhere, if he really wants to leave.

They do play without a striker sometimes yes, they usually play messi there or fabregas but they drop off and they play without a striker. But they still need a striker in the squad if Villa does go. So it could happen, Torres to barca, it's possible.

he'll probably end up at arsenal! Rolleyes
Think there's a lot about the Torres to Barca story that makes sense, and £17m would be a great deal for Chelsea. But I dont think it will happen, personally I've got a feeling we'll end up loaning him out at the end of the transfer window (in the same way we did with Essien)
Villa would be quality for us but wenger is probably moved on from him due to his age and the fact he only offers 1 year deals for players over 30, if he was like 28 or 29 then he has one last 4 year contract left for him but I guess now the ship has sailed in regards to us signing him

For all the players we gave to barca villa should have been given as a free present back in January
