Its confusing that Perez has said that there have been no offers for Higuain yet its been widely reported that its just a matter of agreeing personal terms.
As for Arsenal bidding for Suarez, its a waste of time on Arsenal's part because he simply wants to move away from England.

You will not get Suarez, if a bid did get accepted and he was going to join i think there will be 1000's of angry liverpool fans that would stop the guy from doing anything again, let alone join Arsenal
