Sorry to butt in on this subject yet again but the Babestation situation gives us undeniable proof.
1. Ofcom recently introduced a rule banning adult sex chat channels from broadcasting on Freeview before midnight.
2. Ofcom had previously stated that Babestation's Freeview licence is Dutch and that as a result the channel isn't regulated under Ofcom's Broadcasting Code.
3. Babestation on Freeview 96 starts transmission at 11pm.

^^^^ A number of their girls have said either on here or on their Facebook page that they've been told it should be back to normal tonight or tomorrow. Just have to wait and see what does or doesn't happen.

so could mean 959 back tomorrow though. tori tweeted this morning it would be tomorrow which i took mean friday. now looking like what bang told the babes was wrong since 912 wont be back tomorrow either
