possibly but not sure as only 1 babe has gone elle, who wasnt on that much on the pad otherwise all babes still there and will need to be when the channels come back tomorrow (hopefully)

true but how come jet and alex adams are not on any more. plus sammie will be nights soons. fernanda nights for december soon. i wont be surprise if they go web only content with different webstreams for different tastes eg daytime content on webstream, on another sexstation type content.

this loophole idea sounds rubbish what was proberly management having a last hurrah for the few weeks by the telling the girls to push the boundries as far as possible maybe playboy have taken over bangmedia and just getting of the old management and replacing it.

also all channels have a spell where they are really hot and pushing the boundaries and then followed by a spell of being quieter and seems bang are in the quieter.

Firstly Ofcom never give out bulletins until quite some time after the event and secondly OFcom do not give out bulletins concerning channels with non Ofcom UK licences , all ofcom can do is refer any complaints to the country that supplied the Licence , in Bangmedia's case Holland , if the country that granted the licence does not see anything wrong with what the channel is showing and Ofcom do think what is being shown is far to explicit then Ofcom can ask Sky/freeview to remove the channel from their EPG or block the broadcast being shown on freeview . The advantage of a over seas licence is the fact that Ofcom cannot give out any fines or state what beaches have been made concerning Ofcom's adult channel code of conduct because channels with say a Dutch licence have to adhere to the code of conduct supplied by the country that granted them the licence and not Ofcom .

dont know about jet but alex adams is off for personal reasons. bang will bounce back from this setback

yes bang were fined, but some people are thinking theyve done it again taking the channels off

The 2 channels that have been removed from the Sky (912 , 959) have in the last few weeks been "allegedly" granted a Dutch adult licence , the fines Bangmedia were given were when they still had the UK Ofcom licence , plus Sky Ch 902 still has the UK licence so is still subject to Ofcom fines and rulings

Noticed alot of speculation about the whole channel siduation, it has absolutely nothing to do with my shows i know that for a fact!! It wont be long until things go back to normal!! IT happened this time last year if you remember and things were soon back to normal if not more naughtier than before!!! so just be a patient with bangmedia they know what they are doing ;-) i think youll agree we are the best channel by far !!! hehe
I hope this cheers you up boys, i will be on tonight!!!! ive been told things should be back to normal tonight if so lots of nakedness and oil but if not then i will think of something different to surprise you boys that is compliant!!!!
