902 has opened with Lilly and Dionne (again) on 912/915/959 but whatever Dionne was saying we'll never know as the mic wasn't on/working. Lucy is supposedly coming on at 11.00 so let's see how that turns out.

What we do know is that this is the fourth night of disruption and even if the "weekend" stopped things being done there has been a whole working day to get engineers sorting out dodgy cables or go to the bank to pay any outstanding bills.....

...or to make a further announcement to the customers...

How do you know what the Sky channels are on the webstream?
They are just numbered 1 to 5
Dionne is on 2 and Lilly on 3 at present

The latest ofcom bulletin is out today without any mention of Bangbabes at all. Smile

If a complaint was made about Bang Babes recently, then we probably won't see it in Offcom's transcript for another month or so, right?
well at least its ok on the web atm.

And yes bigguy a FERNANDA channel sounds pretty fuckin sublime to me. But from what i hear her website is to be comin out next year with webshows of sum sort so that can easily take its place. As for sum crazy reason the uk govt censor tv but not the net Smile roll on 2011 Big Grin

The phone numbers don't correspond on Sky with the channel numbers they are on , Sky channel 902 usually uses the old Sky phone number for Ch 948 , Ch 948 no longer belongs or transmits any Bangmedia shows , it now belongs to a different company , Sky Ch 915 is using the phone numbers that they used to use for Sky Ch 912 .
Should be the same as the last couple of nights, BB on SKY902/915 until 10pm,
>>>then at 10pm SKY915 reverts to Playboy subscription format.

"Ofcom recently introduced new regulations for adult channels and stated that only PartyLand (on Freeview) would be affected because all the others were licensed elsewhere in the EU. It can be looked up on the Ofcom website. The Freeview Bang Media service ADULT TMTV has been affected by this current problem.

A UK channel can be licensed in the Netherlands and most of the adult channels are. The Bang empire like others is not just composed of one company. They use several in different territories for tax and licensing efficiency. So the UK licensed company may source its material from a Dutch company which does the satellite uplink from Dutch studios for example.

I do not know why Bang Media are having trouble broadcasting their channels but I have outlined a possible reason why. If their licence is issued by Ofcom then it can be revoked by Ofcom. If the licence is issued elsewhere then it cannot be revoked directly by Ofcom and other means would be used to shut down their services.

Why do you think that Bang are unable to broadcast on the various EPGs? Hint:- look at their compliance record in the Broadcasting Bulletins. Last week they had an ASA ruling against them for running a post watershed advert at 7.20am on Freeview. Even after the £150,000 fine, Bang Media continued to rack up Broadcasting Code breaches."

It doesn't matter what country you are a registered broadcaster in,if your material is to be made available in the UK you must have a licence issued by OFCOM - end of story.
are the sky channels working?
they must have a ofcom licence or why would they keep geting finded by ofcom
