They have allegedly now acquired in the last couple of weeks a Dutch licence , so the fines were for when they were using the UK licence i think , it's all bloody confusing me .
It would seem that 902 is still the only one working at present. 912 & 959 are still saying "channel unavailable".

But 912 is still available if you tune it in yourself, as previously instructed. But I dare say 90% of the viewers can't be arsed to spend the time doing that, so they switch channels instead.

They really need to make an announcement and tell us what is really going on. And not keep up this bullshit yarn that everyone can clearly see-through.

PS. For The Watcher: Stream 2 is currently on 915. Stream 3 is on 902.

It would seem I have given you your answer, before you asked the question. Surprised Quick someone call Psychic TV laugh
I've had some trouble posting this with the forum being slow.
Please identify which Sky channels these were on tonight around 9.45pm

I have another theory on all of this, what if the reason why Bangbabes haven't yet a statement is because they've been ordered to stay silent at the request of the lawyers who are probably right now behind the scenes fighting this case out with its a mystery either its with the bank, Ofcom or Sky themselves. Channels just don't disappear that quickly without no reason or some kind of statement at least.
Lilly Roma was on Sky Ch 902 and Dionne was on Sky Ch 915 at around 9.45pm

I could not see my original post.
It was there as last post in the menu, but clicking it took me to post #1Huh
I made a dummy post and I could see it again.
I deleted the dummy post and lost it again.
I then made the dummy post again and deleted the original post and the dummy post while both were visible.
I then reposted my post. Smile

Of course they are told to stay quiet or give a fake excuse. I don't see the point in aquiring a Dutch license, if you still have to obey Offcom's regulations. The other channels aren't licensed by Offcom, yet they still have to obide by them in order for them to be allowed on British TV. Dutch or not Dutch, it doesn't matter when it comes to censorship.
I did see some kind of statement that they emailed to another member on here (sorry can't remember who that was) a few days ago, so maybe they think that is enough. But I do think Scotsman has something there and that lawyers have suggested they stay silent.

At the end of it all though, I suspect that we will never hear the real truth about what has happened!

I had the same problem the other day with this thread. I just reported it, and asked for a post recount, and that seemed to correct it.

I did notice your post, when I was making mine, but for some reason when I posted mine, yours had gone. But you later re-posted it. So I decided to have a laugh at it, with my last comment, which I added. laugh

Wrong. Ofcom has stated quite categorically that the BS Freeview channels (not Partyland) are licensed in the Netherlands and not by Ofcom and are not subject to regulation by Ofcom's Broadcasting Code. That's presumably how Freeview Ch 96 is able to start broadcasting at 11pm after Ofcom introduced a new rule in the Code banning adult channels from broadcasting on Freeview before midnight.
