So Sarah Louise broke down , i'm assuming you mean Sarah had car trouble and it wasn't Sarah that broke down herself , Lynsey turned up late , so that answers the questions about what happened to those 2 , but what happened to Annie Bullah ? she was also supposed to have been on last night ? .

Come on, guys, I think we have to take this with a pinch of salt. The girls at RLC must all buy their cars from Arthur Daley if we are to believe the number of breakdowns they supposedly have!
I agree that double standards shouldn't apply but let's just think of our own workplaces for a moment. We all know who is reliable and genuine and who is swinging it when they don't turn up or phone in sick etc, and the girls are no different.
Of course domestic emergencies can crop up at short notice, trains can get cancelled and yes, cars do break down, and if Sarah Lou genuinely broke down and had to be rescued from the M32 of course she shouldn't be sacked for that, but just remember that a couple of months ago one of the girls came on the forum bleating that she'd been sacked because she'd missed just one shift, only for a certain poster who we believe has inside information to come on and say "no, it was because that was the fourth time in a fortnight she'd let them down". That's a bit different, isn't it?
There are all sorts of reasons why girls leave the channels, but if a girl has been terminated due to unreliability or poor performance Cathy is no different to any other employer - even if she wanted to, she cannot come on the forum and give her side of the story because if she were to publicly discuss any personnel or disciplinary matters not only would she kick off a public slanging match, she would risk being sued for breach of contract and breach of confidentiality.
Red Light Central has become my absolute favourite channel. The line up of babes is top class and some of my favourites. I love Tori Lee, Angel Long, Ani James, Dionne Mendez and pretty much every other girl on the channel. I hope Red Light continues to get some of the best babes as it puts on the best shows and more top names would be a great addition. But with that said if they can just keep the babes they have I'm more than happy
I know for a fact the person in charge of scheduling doesn't have a clue what they're doing, which is why situations such as what happened last night can occur.
I've said before that there are girls who can pretty much come and go as they please, while the reliable ones get messed around.
Been honest RLC has been shit enough for about 2 weeks,even tonight will be tame as fuck but the ruby fans will be happy cos she is getting her tits out,its still gonna be tame, but because she is a daytime girl the fanboys will be happy and then we have jemma jay who was showing so much promise when she first came but now her shows are just to predictable and boring.

The person in charge of scheduling couldn't have known that two would have car issues and one would cancel. But at the end of the day, all the channels had a girl on so the scheduler did a good job with such short notice to fill the slots.
Nice to see a day time regular getting a night show tonight, I think her name is cookie?
