yes you are right i've never been one for blind faith, i suppose it is far easier for someone looking on from the outside to big up another teams chances, however if i was a wolves fan i would be feeling confident right now as they have a bit of momentum atm
as a luton fan i've learnt to never take anything for granted either but i think that is a football cliche as most fans probably say that about their team
although we are on a poor run of form it would be silly of me to be completely pessimistic and say we will end up missing out on the playoffs even though it may feel like it right now, however it will also be silly of me to get all cocky if we won our next 3 games on the trot and start singing "we are going up"
never too high never too low is our managers motto
3 wins in 7 days and Hartlepool are 1 point behind Tranmere and Cheltenham and 2 points behind York City
^
To coin a phrase from a certain Chris Kamara.
"Unbelievable Jeff"
.
Jeff Stelling was getting rather excited about it yesterday on Soccer Saturday
.
Tell me about it I was busy taking a shit and the telly was at a moderate level in the living room but even I could hear it from the toliet and I couldn't help but wonder what all the excitement was about as he managed to double the volume level without me having to pick up the remote
Yeah Jeff Sterling does get a little bit carried away when Hartlepool score which always has the rest of the guys pissing themselves with laughter in the studio
He even wanted the table to be kept on screen a little while longer just to show that the gap at the bottom was down to one point even though his own team were bottom
.
^ They were 7 points behind 3 games ago and it looked to be a matter of when not if they were going to be relegated

Point taken but it still tickled me
6 defeats in a row and 8 defeats in 9 games is truly disgraceful, we have such a massive squad so we cannot blame a few injuries for this shocking run of form we are on, even Gibraltar would beat us right now if we played them in a friendly, i still believe we can make the play-offs but maybe im deluded
as our gaffer says, "never too high, never too low"
You would be glad that he had a day off as there was no Premiership or Championship football as they won again to move out of relegation places

Another fine win for Wolves today at Nottingham Forest by a 2-1 scoreline.
Wolves got trounced 3-0 at Molineux earlier in the season by Forest so it was good to put the record straight.
On to the next fixture on Monday afternoon.
One match at a time.
