You've managed to keep hold of Constable which is a bit of a touch, I think you'll certainly be challenging and would fully expect to see Oxford finish in the play-off's this season.

We haven't got a youth team (U21s) but we have a full academy team (U18s).
Would be a good chance for some youngsters to prove themselves then.
