Terrible weekend from me probably my worst. 1point
^^ There were three other players who got a single point.

A strange round overall. Relatively low scoring, with only three players, one of those non competitively, achieving double figures in their score.

But despite that it was also the most jokers in a round so far, with 4. I'll have the results post up in the main thread soon. Smile

Edit: Updated results and table now up.
Another bad week for me but the worse I do the better the Hammers seem to do. If I finish in the relegation zone and West Ham finish in the European places I'll take it.

It's just as well I didn't get my joker, Newcastle's loss means we jump over them into 6th place after our fantastic 2-0 win against Man Utd!
I've finally submitted my predictions for weeks 18 & 19 after going through 3 or 4 edits.Rolleyes
I have to say that I have zero confidence, usually about half the fixtures jump out as obvious winners, but with this set, I can see a lot of results flipping the other way.
At least there's hope for everyone, with the top 3 having a below average week, by their very high standards.
This double-week marks the halfway point, with everything to play for.ImportantSmile
^ Yes it's hard to call, this double header. I'm seeing a lot of draws in these two lists with even the big names in my opinion not looking certs to get wins against a lower ranked side.
Just checked the table and it shows you how quick you can jump up the table with a few correct jokers and scores , from 12th to 5th something like that is a crazy jump.

And i agree with you Boom i don't have much confidence in my predictions to but in saying that neither did i the last couple of weeks but look how well i have done so you never know.
Rice, Rice, baby! This round of fixtures followed a similar pattern to the previous couple. So-so round for me, fantastic win for the Hammers, this time 2-0 against Arsenal, and at the Emirates! Declan Rice almost gifted us a third by conceding a penalty in added time but Benrama missed.
It's hard work isn't it this, trying to get points. Another pack of unexpected scores to say the least, including two wipeouts (fixtures without a single point).

edit: although we've matched the previous round for jokers with 4... Surprised

I'll have the results/table for that round up tomorrow, before we move on to the New Year weekend fixtures.
I predict I'll be losing top spot in the table. Several low scoring single point scores in a row now, poo poo bladewave
It's getting to the point where predicting the exact opposite of what would normally be expected might now seem rational.

So then

Real Madrid 0-6 Dog and Duck
Coach and Horses 12-0 Bayern Munich
1970 Brazil 0-7 Nags Head
