You only had 2 shots the whole game, 1 was a penalty Rolleyes apart from that Sturridge came the closet to scoring..

Bounce The longer this clown is manager for you the worse you will get Big Laugh To him he seems to think that Norway played well!

Quite right about the level - England in my opinion are pretty shit right now and it goes far deeper than just Woy Hodgson being in charge. Big Grin

I like the phrase "nothing will improve". That phrase sounds familiar, as if it should mean something to me. That's right - it was exactly the same phrase I said to you when I said Brazilian football's policies need to change or (nothing will improve) after your beloved world beaters got smashed to bits. Wink
We got smashed by Germany, most teams do.. Now we have moved on from Scolari and started to make things right because it was clear his tactics were completely wrong, what your FA see in Roy Hodgson I don't know.. You have gone backwards under him..

His tactics were dull when he was at Liverpool, I remember when we drew with Wolves at Anfield and he said it was a good point, he's just negative & can't inspire players...

Look at him, he even loves the smell of shit on his hands aswell as see it on the pitch Wink

Argentina don't. Wink

You didn't draw with Wolves at Anfield under Hodgson. We beat you 1-0. Wink

Yeah, they really smashed Algeria in the WC Round of 16: 2 huge goals to one (after Algeria had taken them to extra time).
Algeria are classed as most teams now are they?...

I love how this thread is about England but the people who have no answers to give or cant face up to the fact you're pretty useless now and have to go back to 1 game at the world cup with Brasil involved...

I bet you England fans would have loved to make the Semi Finals of the World Cup Big Laugh

Just heard an Interview of Hodgson saying "England could be Norway on Monday defending with their backs to the wall.." sounds like a real confident manager you have there Wink good way to inspire your players..

He has his excuse ready now though if you loose with Sturridge getting injured in training.. It's his own fault for playing an injury prone player in a full 90 minutes in a friendly game Rolleyes poor management
I wonder if is time for a loan system at International level? That would be the only way England could have a few world class players in their team!!
If Hodgson thinks the press were talking 'F*****g B******s' to him he should think about the b******s that is out on the pitch masquerading as our national team!!

Perhaps what we see out on the pitch is the best that is available. Slagging the team off because they are rubbish is not going to improve them.
The FA structure from top to bottom and the way we coach young players needs a thorough overhaul. One of the biggest problems are the heavily exaggerated prices that agents demand for young English players in the lower domestic leagues. Clubs at these levels, who traditionally have nurtured young talent cannot afford to buy these players anymore so will buy from abroad. The quality is usually little better but they are cheaper. Net result of this from the last 20 years is what we see now on the pitch playing for England. Until this is addressed and some form of price capping is introduced then I doubt we will see much opportunity for young English players to build the basic skills and gain the experience they need to compete at a higher level.
Wow looks like we can call up gerrard, lampard, Ashley Cole, John Terry Rio Ferdinand if Platini is right Wink

That is bullshit, FIFA can not force somebody to do something they do not want to, nobody is contracted to FIFA, it's not military service or anything..
