England squad for the Euro 2016 qualifier against Lithuania and a friendly against Italy.

Goalkeepers: Fraser Forster (Southampton), Joe Hart (Manchester City)

Defenders: Leighton Baines (Everton), Gary Cahill (Chelsea), Nathaniel Clyne (Southampton), Kieran Gibbs (Arsenal), Phil Jagielka (Everton), Phil Jones (Manchester United), Luke Shaw (Manchester United), Chris Smalling (Manchester United), Kyle Walker (Tottenham).

Midfielders: Ross Barkley (Everton), Michael Carrick (Manchester United), Fabian Delph (Aston Villa), Jordan Henderson (Liverpool), Adam Lallana (Liverpool), James Milner (Manchester City), Raheem Sterling (Liverpool), Andros Townsend (Tottenham), Theo Walcott (Arsenal).

Forwards: Harry Kane (Tottenham), Wayne Rooney (Manchester United), Daniel Sturridge (Liverpool), Danny Welbeck (Arsenal).
Now that Fraser is out I can't remember who is his replacement but certainly I would much prefer to see Kane play in the friendly against Italy rather than the Lithuania I think the Lithuania game would be tricky one to risk him in. I hope Sterling doesn't pull the same excuse as last time. I certainly hope for more than 3 goals against Lithuania and our best hope is a draw against Italy.
Our best hope is a draw? Surely our best hope is a win. Reality will probably be a draw or a loss but Italy are not the greatest of teams when it comes to friendlies.

Why save an inform striker for a friendly? That doesn't make any sense.
1-0
England have scored from one of the two great chances that they've had in the first 6 mins..
Rooney and Welbeck linking up well up top.
Welbeck is England's top scorer in the qualifying campaign so far.
At 3-0, it's now time for Kane
hmm, i wonder who made welbeck so awesome? Smile
i think harry kane sold his soul to a cross-roads demon! Smile
His 2nd touch in the match and Kane scores Smile

The quote of the night, " Kane's now only 48 goals behind Bobby Charlton's England record"
