I thought Freeview Play ws supposed to add services, not take them away. What happens when you press the red button?

As soon as the channel goes encrypted the screen just says "No Video" I tried pressing various buttons but to no avail. Im sure I tried the red button but that didn't go anything either. I'll have another look tonight but I wanted to warm you guys if you currently watch this channel via the TV beware if you want to upgrade your TV at any point in the future as a lot of brands are now offering FreeviewPlay.

I can confirm no option to press the red button. No graphics at all just a clear screen showing the usual trailer until encryption then the message No Video. Be warned!
