Definitely no Sky. I don't think they could put such an encrypted channel on Sky, even if they wanted to.
TVX and Playboy have encrypted channels on Sky, both have broadcast live shows from time to time as well, there is no law that is preventing BSX being broadcast on Sky that's for sure .
I agree sky encrypt their ppv sports & film channels so they should have no problems with bsx
