Seeing the way Real Madrid played before the red card makes me think that they might not get beyond the quarter finals.

I've not bet Bayern though. If Dortmund go out I'll take another look at them.

Cracking team.
If barcelona had Tito on the sidelines i'd have said they would win it but they just aren't the same without him, they are lacking in ideas, they don't look as sharp, are slower closing the ball down and really are struggling to break teams down, i read today in the last 4 games they have had only 9 shots on goal... My 2 favourites are now Real or Juventus, i think too porto are capable of causing an upset, if you haven't seen them play this season they are worth a watch...

if nani was still on the pitch dan i could still see madrid turning the screw cos they had to get that away goal, and they have just beat barca twice in a week, they are in some good form! i hope they dont win it cos i think sergio ramos is a total dick. if madrid and barca dont get much further though i bet the team of the year will still be mostly from their 2 teams, but i think messi might lose player of year to ronaldo this year, i know its early but i just think he will beat him

What has that got to do with anything in this game. I wish people would concentrate on supporting their own team more than their hatred of other teams.
Fact is the ref changed what was a finely balanced match. Fact is Real Madrid scored the goals. They won and go through to the next round. Good luck to them as they did nothing wrong tonight.

what has that got to do with the game? well everything
Have to congratulate Borussia Dortmund who beat Shakhtar Donetsk 3-0! What an achievement that sends Dortmund to their first quarterfinal of the CL in 15 yearsSurprised Jürgen Klopp has worked wonders for Dortmund over the 4+ yearsBig Grin
Posted about a month ago here that i think Dortmund could perhaps be the suprise package, they ain't disappointing so far Big Grin
Dortmund are a really good team but i saw them play munich last week and they just didn't show up, bayern were the better team by far, i just don't think they have enough experience to go all the way this season, i have doubts over bayern too though as they were at home in their own stadium last year and couldn't get the job done, you can't get much more of an advantage than that, The reasons i say real and juve as my favourites are real have mourinho and world cup winners and very experienced players and already know they won't win the league and are putting everything into the champions league, even on saturday against barca they had ronaldo on the bench, and for juventus they are great at defending and playing on the counter and play with a real belief they also have great experience with buffon, pirlo, chiellini..

I think most of the neutrals want Borussia Dortmund to win.

I wouldn't be surprised with the team they have if they reached the final or even won it.
