Admiral so you're calling me a wimp, yes how fucking childish, I'm assuming your part of the problem here, a so-called fanboy who see's no wrong in the way the babe channels are regulated and you come across as ignorant, the kind of bullshiter who is looking at the situation with arrogance and view them all through your own bullshit rose tinted spectacles, it's comments such as your's that this forum can do without, next time you come on this thread post something constructive or not at all, total spambot and absolute fucking nonsense you posted, I don't even know why I'm even bothering to give you the time of day with a response. On the subject of start your own political party, so that's your answer, a bit fucking far fetched if you ask me, I don't know if anybody told you but we live in a democracy here in the UK and with that brings freedom of speech, just to reiterate your post was total spambot and served no purpose other than to piss off the majority on this forum.
The channels have a place ok they are not allowed to be as hot as before. They still provide a place for people to call and chat to hot ladies. Maybe if they keep going at some point ofcom will relax and the visual pleasure will return

So why don't you use freedom of speech to campaign for a change in the law then, instead of waiting for the channels to do something?
Admiral if you look at the various threads and you'll find the answer, I and other forum members are doing our bit to campaign for change such as the petition, just look at the bottom of my signature FFS!!!!! now away and stop spamming this forum with your ridiculous claims's, just what the hell do you expect to achieve here with your childish antics, either support the cause or don't it's no skin of my nose what road you choose to go down as you'll find your opinions here are in the minority.

Because the people that make the rules are incapable of listening or liberalizing directly.

My main opinion is that you can't expect the channels to do anything much. I think a good majority agree with me on this.

Scottishbloke is too Scottish to be King of England. But if Scotland becomes independent he could bid for power there in order to prevent the formation of a Scottish Ofcom!

Definately still a place, personally its verbal stimulation that gets me going and I have no problem with the dressing down (or is it up) on dayshows....the stimulation has got to be decent though.

I rarely even check the channels unless i know a fav girlie is on, to be honest I only think about them if I'm calling ....biggest issue for me is cost in the current climate the money is hard to justify, its ok over 5 mins but when you do 50 odd mins like me regularly its a bit too much ....its the cost that will be the death for me not the outfits.
Its been pretty clear that the channels lack a certain enthusiam for a full blown fight with Ofcom. They will dispute a few points when Ofcom investigate a show, but there are no records of serious challenges to the fundamental principles of the regime. We can debate till the cows come home if that is because the channels are happy with current profits or scared, the result is the same, we have to do this ourselves.

How to do that? Challenge the legalities. Propose alternatives that dont scare reasonable people. Make the politicians squirm. Try for publicity. Get big names to speak up.

You might be right that the channels don't have options, I just don't know. I also don't know just how much the channels have tried already, I imagine they probably privately explored legal options to some extent, but even if their case was ultimately a good one, I can't see it being resolved easily and presumably it would be a risky expense.
