Hi all, i am not going to read all 13 pages of this Topic, but only telling OFCOM what i think. Probably they read these pages. Well... without "probably".
What i see right now on day shows are exactly the same dressed girls that i can see in my office, and also in other offices where i work. I live in Belgium, but i'm italian.

whenever i pass by Gare du Nord in brussels, there are window girls and child outside the windows passing by with their families. Should i tell you when i go to Amsterdam what i see???
Have you ever visit amsterdam? If some from ofcom goes there could die for a heart attack.....

What is the point of having special number to call, parental control, if then i see girls dressed as my secretary??? i can go directly to her, at this point. Is cheaper and is in person.

this behave shows a total "conservatory" manner that is useless nowaday, and put the Ofcom under the light of the idiots...

The daily commercials that you see on tv now related to summer creams, are showing girls in bikini... Aren't they? They are not offensive? And a babechannel should cover the girls to avoid fines... please, be realistic !!

I personally think is more ofensive to show on tv and stop an entire country for a wedding.

Unfortunately this is Britain & not mainland Europe. We have a tradition here of people who govern us not accepting that we are sexual beings.

Sexuality is something that you hide, exactly like our TV channels.

No nudity. Penetration must be hidden, fellatio must be hidden behind partitions or a pair of Y Fronts, etc, etc, or even hidden behind the premise of "child-protection".
It's laughable, but unfortunately for the customer, a huge fucking joke.

None of this has any relevance to the original question posed by this thread,none of the aforementioned is ever likely to be shown on a "Babe Channel".

The point of the channels has never changed,it is a business there to make money,callers = money as long as the calls keep coming in that is the POINT

It's not useless if the specific dictates of your libido mean that you want to see curves and ass and legs all in the same picture frame more than the extended, forensic close up of a fanny! Many will be more turned on by camerawork that frames and shows the entire body than a lot of zoom work that fragments it. It's not useless if you want to see a certain wholeness of movement over close-framed callisthenic thrusting and the 'orgasm face.' I'd never oppose genital exposure on the basis of prudery but on the basis that it's not a part of the anatomy that I especially enjoy looking at. It wouldn't be moral outrage that would stop me from tuning in if vaginas started filling the screen, it would be boredom.

At any rate, these shows continue, despite the doom-mongers wailing about Ofcom and prescribing and proscribing more than ever, which suggests that enough viewers are getting what they want, cos otherwise they simply wouldn't be watching, they'd be trawling for the sort of stuff they want to see on the Interweb. People don't tend to settle for almost-but-not-quite, or just-about-in-the-ballpark-of, if there is something available out there that hits the spot precisely.

In terms of the whole Ofcon scenario and how zealously they police the UK adult channels (both encryted & fta) I think it is relevant.

Where are we now? Are we still on naked people in public places or have we moved back on topic?

Ofcom should ease up on the censorship this year. I wonder if the babe channels would pay them a certain fee, they'd ease up so that we could see full frontal at least? Wishful thinking I know, but it would be much appreciated. In a perfect world they wouldn't have to pay, but I'm just saying.
