It was 2006. The matches were Germany-Italy and France-Portugal.
It's been so unpredictable I'm not going to even attempt to predict what might happen today.

Apparently Uri Geller was on This Morning yesterday asking England fans to put their hands on the screen and go England win. Last time I remember him doing that was at 1998 World Cup where he did it before Scotland V Morocco game and the England V Argentina game where David Beckham got sent off, England had a goal disallowed in extra time and then lost on penalties
