When you go to work and nearly introduce yourself to a new colleague by your forum name before just about stopping yourself in time .

You feel the need to bump an old thread you've created (still only 4 star rated - c'mon guys ) with a tenuous comment, OK here it is -

when you don't watch the shows at all for a night but then log on afterwards about 24 hours later and find that to "view new posts" only gives you about 4 or 5 pages when it sometimes in the recent past it could easily have been double that, and so you are confirmed in your belief that you haven't missed a thing.

You can't concentrate on anything because Mica's on tonight!!!

When you treat the girls as some kind of celebrity either on here or twitter.
