Here's a simple fact - I'm not interested in pedantic arguments.

Are you able to understand that?

Fail, i though you were not answering back #facepalm ,don't let your self down like that,

Genuine question btw, this is all very intriguing Wink

As far as I can tell from the Hillsborough inquest it would be the football club who would get done, as the stadium operator.

The inquest seems to have gone on at length about Sheffield Wednesday's responsibility as the holder of the stadium's license and Sheffield council's responsibility as the licensing body to make sure the conditions of the license were adequate to ensure safety. But the FA who had hired the stadium for the FA Cup semi-final don't seem to have any legal responsibility for what happened that day.

To put it in a nutshell, the stadium may have been hired by the FA, but it was still Sheffield Wednesday's responsibility to ensure that the stadium was safe, and still the council's responsibility to have made checks and inspections to make sure Sheffield Wednesday were doing that. The FA hiring the stadium for the FA Cup semi-final does not seem to have changed the legal position in any way whatsoever.

Can everyone please ignore winsaw, as he's clearly bent on trying to needle people into arguments.

If Kartel's reading, can you kindly make some appropriate tweets regarding winsaw's behaviour?
what ever happened to the idea of a forum being a place for debate, it seams that if you want one here you have got no chance as you will just be jumped all over with personal attacks, i was having what i considered an enjoyable debate with the admiral, he could not convince me i could not convince him thats how debates go, it was still enjoyable,
now i find my self under attack for trying to explain what was meant in a post, when it comes to this what is the point, what saddens me most is that these attacks come for those who looking at there post counts have given very little to the forum over many years yet seam to think they have the right to say what can and can't be posted,
some of you could learn a lot form the admiral he stood up for what he believed and did not go hiding behind someone else on twitter and i respect him for it,
in closing it was fun wile it lasted but mods it's time to move it to the twilight zone as some just don't get it Sad

Ok, thanks. So, keeping on topic, if we think of Sheffield Wednesday as S66 and the FA as XF then the football stadium analogy does work Smile

I'm glad we've cleared that up Cool Wink

Well said winsaw, completely agree with you here and hope these forum members you're on about take on board what you're saying. The forum as you say is about having debates like you and admiral were having and not about attacks like you were getting here from the forum members who seem to think they have the right to say what can and can't be said on the forum which does annoy me too

Yes indeed, the football stadium analogy does work. I'd describe as a perfect analogy. Credit to PhredE.
I just wanted to say well done to Krystal for all the attention she's getting. When she was running a hardcore webshow it took 10 months for that show's main thread to reach 35,000 views. But I notice this thread for her Ofcom regulated TV show has hit 35,000 views only 3 weeks after starting to broadcast.

Workspace Group PLC own the stadium were both STD 66 and XF play, so maybe they should be thought of as Sheffield Wednesday ?, although Workspace don't actually play themselves, so that doesn't fit either .

Just seen in the STD 66 thread that they could be moving to new studios, so will XF stay in the old one or will they move with STD 66, i assume they will move with them.

Workspace group own property all over London and other parts of the country, so using football analogy, i wonder if STD 66/XF will be moving to another stadium owned by Workspace ? .
