2-0 win against united and unbeaten this year Wink. The Arteta effect is in full flow
Haven't seen an Arsenal team play with that much desire, fight and intensity since probably the last time they won the league. I was sceptical of Arteta as manager, only 3 games in but looking promising.
arteta in! lol. Smile
Great performance from Arsenal, be a very interesting transfer window.
Definitely need to work on their stamina, didn't have the same intensity in the second half, United had the better of the play though never really looked like threatening. A lack of fitness really cost us against Chelsea s the players legs just fell away from them at the end. Some signings this window would help to freshen up the squad. They don't have to be massive, just a few squad players who can come in to add strength in depth would do

Overall though, as much as I wanted Nuno Espirito Santo & felt Arteta wasn't right, I am pleased with the start he as made and hope that he can continue in the same vein
congrats on beating the scum, see you on monday

congrats are in order once again, for your "win" last night. with the help of the referee you managed to pull off the upset. with a bit more luck hopefully we will see you next season after we easily get promoted and you luckily manage to avoid relegation. cheers
Aubeymang's red card probably tarnished what probably was a battling performance against a Palace side that was set up to frustrate. only 1 win their last five (drawn 3 of their last five games), I would say def Arteta should look to the FA Cup being the best chance of silverware this season for Arsenal and possibly top six in PL atm, and forget about the title and look to the summer window for get some depth in the squad for next season

Main focus should be Europa League to potentially get into the Champions League, but he needs to strengthen the squad, if possible in January. The way he wants to play means they are running out of steam in the last 20 minutes, reminds me of Klopp when he first arrived at Liverpool. The players need to up their fitness levels massively. They are putting in the type of energy and effort that hasn't been seen at Arsenal in years which is fantastic. But like I said Arteta needs the players to do that which he currently doesn't have, may take a few seasons and probably 4 transfer windows but signs are looking very positive.
Looks like Arsenal are set to sign Flamengo centre back Pablo Mari on a six month loan with an option to buy

Never heard of him just hope he's not like Kallstrom or Denis Suarez
