Keep an eye in her Twitter page she usually will say when she is going to be on tv or webcam

how longs this 0203 number of no connection charge/standard network rate been going on for?

Why are storm only charging at a normal rate? Is there a catch? Because if there isn't a rubbish reverse SMS marketing campaign behind them, then I will happily use that service.
