believe what you will, but let me tell you now we have one of the best reputations in this business for paying girls. there isn't one girl that has ever worked here that hasn't been paid, if this wasn't a fact there would be a million posts from girls complaining, is there? no.

I don't care for your "source" either ! no need to protect her identity behind your shield of shining Armour, thats a very easy get out, for all anybody knows it could be you making up anything you like. If she can't even be bothered to post her complaint on here herself then i guess there wasn't really that much of a problem in the first place. Let her speak up now or forever hold her peace.
Please back up your comments with proof, or to me its just unfounded hearsay, and I have no time for that or your posts in our thread i will ask them to be removed by admin.

Bear this in mind, in all the years I've worked on the Channels I've yet to meet a girl thats been Fired ! and i doubt I ever will.
There will always be a story a problem with shifts, the Channel it goes on, at the end of the day what are they going to say, I got fired because my minutes were low, I was unreliable etc etc.
I can count on one hand the girls that have left Storm of their own accord in over two years.

We fire a girl because she is unreliable = theres a problem with Storm.
We fire a girls because she doesn't make minutes = theres a problem with storm.
We fire a girl because her demands become unreasonable = theres a problem with Storm
A girl leaves "on good terms" because shes had a better offer = theres a problem with Storm
A girl is forced to leave for personal reasons which are out of our control = theres a problem with Storm.
We trial girls but they don't get the job = Storm is the Bermuda triangle
I guess this would be the same for other channels which have 10x our turnover of girls right? or is it that Storm is just an easier target.

Take from this what you want, like I said I wont be getting drawn into a debate.

^^^ If you read my original post again you will see i stopped short of presenting it as FACT, i was just posting what i had heard, my exchange with Prince Henry Sinclair was more about him dismissing my sources comments over his own sources comments when in fact neither had any more credibility than the other as we are both industry outsiders.

Seeing as you brought it up there is a problem with Storm, in fact there is more than just one from your shit webstream to your static shows and performers (1 or 2 aside) , your rubbish sets, piss poor lighting to the fact the mic hasnt worked properly for the best part of 18 months...I could go on.

Are you an easy target? Yes...but putting out the product you are currently are is hardly helping that is it?

It must be that Storm is regarded as an easier target, simply because as others have said above all the channels have been seeing girls depart in the last few months. I agree with what Barrie said - how many girls have left Babestation this year?

Hi guys, I don't post on here very often, but now with all the negativity aimed towards our channel I cannot keep quiet anymore. As a veteran of the babechannels (and with nearly 7 years of experience on different channels I guess I can qualify) I can honestly say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with our channel!!! With 2 years of no investment whatsoever I am amazed the guys have kept the channel running through thick and thin. Think about it, its only due to good management skills and good treatment of us girls the channel has managed to stay alive for over two years and now things are improving and looking up for us. We are well looked after, we ALWAYS get paid, yes, couple of girls got fined, and very rightly so! Its a policy that every channel enforces to keep staff disiplined, but again it only happened to a very few girls with us which is far more lax than any other channel I've worked on. For example I can name you one channel that fines you £50 for being 5 minutes late!
Girls come and go, even more so on the other channels, but it doesn't mean there is a problem...it's just the nature of the business we are all in and thats the FACT you need to understand. I feel quite upset that Storm have to explain and defend every business move or incident such as departure that happens within Storm.
Some girls have stayed with Storm for years including me rather than doing the usual channel hopping thing because believe it or not this is a great place to work, we have stability and security in our job, there is a good and friendly working environment and unlike some other channels there is no pressure for us to do things we are unhappy to do, which you should all be happy about knowing. And believe me, after working long and hard to get a name for myself in the international glamour and adult industry I wouldn't put it to some dodgy channel as some of you trying to portray Storm as.
So this is what I have to say about current situation, any constructive comments are welcome, but please no petty shit about the mic not working properly etc. It took them a year to get a new mic and someone has broke it within a month! So yes, we are back to the old one...deal with that! Its not as if any of you call us anyway Why not just concentrate on a show we are all trying to produce under the strict Ofcom regulations and current financial climate. So many things are changing for the better here at Storm right now and you will see it very soon, including the arrival of some new girlies.
I want to thank the handful of you that stuck with us and continue to support Storm with all the "bad press" we are getting at the moment and let me assure you that this is not "the last nail in the coffin", but the start of something new and better!

How are yopu supposed to entice callers over the mic if they cant hear you?

A mic from Argos would probably cost less than £50 which would do the job better than the one you've got!

Call it "petty" if you like, but its just one of numerous factors that is making Storm TV damn near unwatchable at the moment!

I was a fairly regular caller, in fact have spent more money calling Storm over the years when the likes of Louise, Ruby and Reede worked for the channel than any other channel combined, so i think i have a right to bemoan the channels on-air product as it is at the moment!

Whilst it's commendable for Roxanna to take the time to come here and defend her employer, it doesn't detract from the fact that there are serious problems with the channel. The above statement about the mic says it all.
