There could be another possibly CW/DC spin off and could feature The Atom, Captain Cold and Black Canary the original one even tho shes's dead. Taking this with a pinch of salt till its confirmed but would be interesting:

The first one could possibly be Booster Gold, but there were plans for series for him on the Syfy Channel it could also possibly be Rip Hunter from the comics also a time traveller. The female warrior could be another Wildcat or Fury or someone totally different.
As for the mystery hero it could be anybody from Black Lightning or even possibly Static.
The 100 has turned into one of my favourite shows this year. The season 2 finale was awesome. It was fuckin brutal.
The E4 repeats during the day are heavily cut, don't think they will show the last episode during the day.

just watched James cordens first show of the late late show did really well had tom hanks and mila kunis on it. nice section about he was chosem in a willy wonka style sketch with jay leno and Arnie training him up
