This is just a short teaser trailer of the upcoming 'CSI Vegas' - a sequal to CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. There's not much to go on here but what is good news (imo) is that some of the original cast members are returning like William Petersen (Gil Grissom), Jorja Fox (Sara Sidle) and Paul Guilfoyle (Captain Jim Brass) to name a few, along with some new faces.

This new series had been in development for a year and was originally planned to premiere to coincide with the 20th anniversary of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation last October, but those plans had to be put on hold because of Covid. The rumour at that time was that this series was only going to have 6 episodes but a proper episode count has not been released yet as far as I know.

I really liked this show at it's peak, the characters were great and some of the episodes involving Grissom and Lady Heather (Melinda Clarke) were pretty good, among many others. Quentin Tarantino had a stab at directing a good two-parter which I enjoyed. The show did have it's up's and down's but hopefully this new series will be a good one Smile

^ It was the only one I watched every episode of, New York was okay, but Miami, well laugh

Lady Heather's Box remains one of my favourite episodes, both cases were real personal for Gil, finally detecting a chink in his armour, and for Catherine (and Sara), and a great little cameo from Micheal Riley.

To be honest I lost interest in the series when Gil and Sara started getting involved, just lost it's orginal appeal. But it'll be great to see them again even if it's a nostalgia trip.
