How come this gets canned and body of Proof gets renewed for a 3rd season.
body of proof has had a lot cast changes and is a shorter season to see if it improves in ratings and demographics, the problem with body of proof is that it is like every police/foresnic drama and the show should a female version of quincy,m.e. (late great jack klugman) therefore would stand out from the police/foresnic dramas with occasional police presence if the ep was about solving a murder or industrial manslaughter.
revolution is fantastic, jj abrams second best show after person of interest and eric kripke, supernatural, is on form with this. a lot sword fighting and billy burke (twlight films) is great as miles madison, the girl playing charlie (miles' niece) kicks ass and hot. in the states it hovering around the 8m mark when it airs and gets another 4-5m on on dvr. each ep has flashbacks to show what led a character or situation to come to be in the present.

us channel A&E (longmire and the glades) are airing a prequal series called bates motel which set before pyscho. it is about norma bates and his mum buying the house and motel after his father's death. it went to straight to series.
tv has now got a lot nastier: hannibal, the following and now bates motel.
just seen the first ep. the casting people deserve their pay cheque has the young lad (spiderwrick chronicles) playing norman bates does look like norman bates from the film.
