Just as a small technical detail, evolution is just a naturalistic process that is quite impartial and many species do fall by the wayside as a part of natural selection. Are there any such creatures? Arguably the pandas are going that way, those sexually shy creatures may be doomed!! :S
Actually, on the main point of your post. Ian do you really think that we should allow kids to access the babechannels? That is a very libertarian position indeed. I am sceptical, but not knocking hearing your point of view. Would you think it ok for them to phone in as well, perhaps part of learning about sex? I would imagine most people think they should be restricted but many forum members think it is the job of the parents not the state.

OK getting back on topic here, the positive thing here is Ofcom have been denied their way on this occasion, Nicam (Dutch Censors) have allready said to Ofcom that they are well aware of what content is being broadcast on Babestation and that's all they have said, they have politely told Ofcom to sling their hook. No sanctions or investigations have taken place against the broadcaster whatsoever and don't look likely neither. Ofcom ofcourse are not going to admit defeat and will continue in their propaganda that they are somehow going to manage to bring Cellcast into line, they have not succeeded and it looks like a result to be. Believe me I have been to the Neitherlands and they will not be taking this complaint all that serously, if the content of Babestation was played out in a Dutch court it would get laughed at, Nicam are well aware that this is a late night babe channel and if anything they are probably shaking their heads and thinking this is a bit on the tame side. A massive own goal has been scored by Ofcom who are now the joke of the entire Europe
Was told a couple of days ago that there is a pin that must be put on freeview in order to access bs xtreme so what case have ofcom got regarding children viewing the show? Some guy on here gave me a detailed description of how to access the show and that includes the use of a credit card, yes a CREDIT CARD so how the hell is a child supposed to be in possesion of a credit card and know how to use it? Yes i heard there are adverts on freeview designed to promote the xtreme show and alert people how to view but that alone is a weak reason for ofcom to contest bs xtreme. Its quite ridicilous.
Look SKY has done all they can by giving the option of a 4 digit PIN to block late night channels, and from personal experience i no a married couple which didn't want there teenage son to watch Adult content on SKY, and it only took them a few minutes and hey presto the Adult channels were blocked. NOW HOW EASY WAS THAT
Like Scottishbloke said Ofcom have tasted DEFEAT at long last, and i agree they must feel like the laughing stock of Europe. I hope in some way this might hit home some sort of reality check with the Ofcom executives, however I'm not holding out much joy of that.
Apart from Babestation i do think this should add renewed vigour to the rest of the Babe channels trying to apply for a Foreign license
