It's called 4seven and yes, it launched as planned.

Apparently a new fashion channel will soon be launching on Sky TV , the channel is called "Fashion One" , it is not yet showing up anywhere in the Sky EPG but you can tune it in manually right now with these settings

Symbol rate : 27.5
FEC : 2/3
Currently nothing is being broadcast apart from the channel name , presently i get a no signal is being received notice on screen .
Hopefully when the channel does launch it will show a bit of naked flesh after the watershed like the old Fashion TV used to .
The new channel was granted a Sky broadcasting licence by Ofcom a few moths ago.

Unfortunately its only on freeview on saturday. On other days it broadcast outside the freeview hours. At least we got some chance to see this show as its on the freeview hours on a saturday.
Anyway I now recommend this show as well. I enjoyed this show when I watched it saturday night.
Other fans of this show! at last! I think it's amazing entertainment, and a great look at America. And it's on day in & day out, too
There should be a freeview dongle available for android tablets in time for the world cup. Development is a joint venture between Motive and Korean developer icube (no Apple connection btw). No need to miss any games if caught on the bus or train now
