I am hoping this is an EPG error but LCN 32 Big deal is showing 24 hour guide for gems TV. There is no further information on this yet and the channel has not launched. I am sure everyone will join me in hoping this is an EPG error and hoping we are not going to get yet another 24 hour shopping channel.

EDIT: I have news. Gems TV is available 24 hours a day in post switchover areas only on mux C LCN 32 by the look of things. Areas that have not switched over do not get it.
does that mean cellcast have give up LCN32 and were are gemstv getting the hours from if it is 24/7 ?

I just rescanned its still labeled big deal on LCN 32. I wonder if gems tv MUX A slot is going to close as both channels will show the same thing at the same time. Maybe they will keep it till after switchover then they can reach people in PRE DSO
I assume this is the end of Big Deal, and ADULT Blue will still timeshare with Dave ja vu
Victoria on gemstv last night said only 20% of the country will be able to see it, she also said she hoped that the whole country will be able to see it soon eek

The current adds don't mention freeview. They only mentions sky, talktalk tv and virgin media.

And if you recall we missed the last weekend on freeview as well. So who knows.

Source please? I can not find any information on this.

We are not even certain there will be any changes to the MUX on monday even though they are rebranding to PICK TV till it happens. Sky have a bad track record for rebrands on freeview. When sky 3 launched on freeview the EPG service label was left as sky travel for months after. In fact when the rebranded to sky 3 LCN 11 is still labeled SKY THREE. Not saying they are 100% not got to alter the service names on the epg but if there track record is anything to go by its not 100% certain is it.

So are you just speculating this will happen? Or do do have a source on the gems tv change?
At 6AM Today Sky 3 rebrand to Pick TV so far has happened on screen.
No sign of any change to the MUX yet to issue the rename to LCN 11.
EDIT: LCN 11 Sky Three has been relabeled Pick TV

No sign of any change to the MUX yet to issue the rename to LCN 44.
