Whilst Ofcom publishes a fortnightly bulletin on complaints investigated and channels found in breach of the broadcasting code they also publish a list of current complaints being investigated.
I have only listed the complaints generally made against the babe channels.

I am never ceased to be amazed at how long it takes from transmission of the programme to a complaint being received. I am aware that the post is slow but this is unbelievable. When a complaint takes over a month to be made just how shocked/offended is that person and should Ofcom take this into account when making a decision. Also the number of complaints made on the same day, it realy beggars belief that these are not organised by some group who wish to see the end of such programs. Ofcom should look at their own information and stop over regulating following such complaints rather than appeasing such organisations.
