Where in Ofcom's rules does is state that the women can't do those gestures until after 10???
You've got to be fucking shitting me Ofcom. It was after the watershed and on a clearly stated adult channel. Ofcom get a fucking grip and leave the fucking babechannels alone. I mean, you've got programmes on channel4 teaching kids how to fuck each other at 9pm, so the babechannels aren't exactly showing them anything that they haven't seen before and the last time I checked, we're over a decade into the 21st century and not 11yrs into the 18th century.
The Babechannels have seriously got to pull together and challenge Ofcom because at this rate, you'll all be having to wear jumpsuit and balaclavas before you broadcast, even then Ofcom will find something to fine you for.annoyedannoyedannoyedannoyedannoyedannoyedannoyedannoyedannoyedannoyed

It would appear that following Ofc@m's 'In Breach' finding against Red Light TV the regulator has now carried out pro-active monitoring of the broadcaster. They are now seeking comment from the broadcaster for nine shows where they believe the shows breached the BCAP code and published guidelines.
With the licensee, Playboy UK TV Ltd, already under threat of further sanctions if more 'In Breach' findings are made expect a large fine as a minimum penalty.

The regulator is seriously challenging these channels now in relation to compliance and it will be interesting to see the reasons why these nine shows will be found 'In Breach'.

As these nine investigations are from pro-active monitoring of this broadcaster i am assuming that Ofc@m have found material they consider 'In Breach' and are just going through the motions of requesting comment from the broadcaster/licensee before publishing their findings. Judge Jury Hangman it is so obvious Ofc@m want these channels off the FTA epg.
I think Ofcom will try for the death penalty, but will settle for hard cash instead Rolleyes

It has been suggested they buy cat food, a nice piece of ham and back copies of Peoples Friend.
Ofcom are pathetic.
They make their complaints about gestures made on post watershed adult channels and completely ignore pre watershed soaps and family shows featuring graphic stories and images of rape, incest, abuse, violence, theft etc.
Thats fine then, lets encourage our children that rape and violence is normal and acceptable, but better not let any adults see a babe on a babeshow pretending to rub one off - that might corrupt!
Just a bunch of self-serving assholes who have no understanding of morality or how it should apply to the media.
Indeed, misterG, masturbation has been clinically proven to be beneficial to one's physical and mental health. It follows then that promoting/demonstrating masturbatory techniques is not harmful nor, indeed, should it be construed to be offensive. After all, anything which is normal, healthy and actively beneficial should by rights be protected from those who deem it to be 'harmful and/or offensive' lest the easily offended, narrow-minded few actually cause harm to vulnerable people by denying them access to something that is beneficial to all.
all i gotta say bring back the glore days when they actually did porn on talk shows and S***.
I think Ofcon are doing a very good job of impressing their paymasters these days.
