What is even more fucked up is we now have 4 channels on the epg with a black screen and 2 others doubled up. Its a fucking shambles and further decline on what's happening to the babe channels so far in 2011. We now officially have the worst set of Adult Channels in the whole of Europe. Even the subscription ones are shit and laughable they can even pass off as porn. Again the only so called porn stations in Europe that doesn't show any hardcore and they have the cheek to charge money for them. Fuck we don't even get an encrypted show like we did only a short few months ago aswell as famous live xxx and sport xxx we used to be treated to, nothing absolutely nothing is hardcore anymore, instead just a mountain of soft core rubbish which the rest of Europe would happily throw in a box and dump in the middle of the north sea. Adult entertainment in the UK is a fucking joke and disgrace, just how exactly did we ever come to this. No wonder this country has the worst record in Europe when to comes to drinking. If their was something decent to stay in for it would maybe make people think twice about instead of going down to boozer for a nights worth of heavy drinking which is far more productive than staying in to watch this shit that's being served up to us night after night.

Well, next time it's time to vote. Everyone should refrain from voting Labour, Conservative, or Lib Dem. It's their policies that have allowed this shite to happen.
.....................and what will this all achieve?

Er, dont remember any party having a manifesto committment to clamp down on adult channels. ("And I promise you that, if elected, I will be watching BumBabes every night to protect your safety. Sometimes until 3am, thats how much I care. Its hard, very hard, but someone has to do it, and it needs a whole lot of committment to push it through and spit out anything that leaves an unpleasant taste.")

In fact the candidates I contacted mainly ignored the issue, apart from a few who gave a vague nod towards broacasting freedom, but nothing specific enough to cause them embarrasment at a Womens Institute meeting. How many MPs did you contact?

Or were you referring to the whole financial shitpot cooked up by Labour, American mortgage companies and British banks (Tory)?

Besides, we arent due an election soon, unlike Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Ireland and a few others.

Labour gave Ofcom a mandate to go down the path they have, the Conservatives, were meant to get rid of all quangos, but didn't do it, and the Lib dems, they're just the biggest bunch of shite houses to roam Westminster, and will never see power ever again, usless cunts !
As for an election soon, the shit should be hitting the fan by the end of summer, so sit tight.
My hopes are Westminster gets torched, when both houses are in session .
David Cameron was passionate about getting rid of Ofcom, he promised us a more free and liberal Britain, all quangos's would go, adults would be treated as adults and not kids, he would right the wrongs of the last government and even gave us that bullshit website called freedom UK or something to voice our views about for change from R18 material to the smoking ban. Every single promise he made turned out to be a bare faced lie and we call this democracy. I thought like many did at the time that some change if not all was imminent. I voted for SNP just for the record being a true Scot but was more than delighted to see the Labour Party being booted out of office. Now 8 months later and things are no better than they were under the last government, if anything David Cameron is a bigger liar than Gordon Brown.

But why not? What are the Objective Criteria that Ofcom use before dismissing a complaint out of hand? Rules is rules.

Pandering to racism.

Quote:Dancing on Ice, ITV1 London, Sunday 6 February 2011 : 497

Expect to hear that Ofcom are considering a statutory sanction or even withdrawing their licence any day now. These are 497 real people who were offended.

Quote:Tafheem al Masyal, Takbeer TV, Saturday, 18 December, 2010 : 88

No idea what this was but would guess it is one religious group taking offence at percieved insults by a rival group. Being an organised mass complaint does not lessen the offence. What more is necessary than attacking religious beliefs?

School boy pranks as the Commission for Racial Equality said, but cringemakingly painful to watch. Lacking in credibility because the team have a deliberate reputation as old fogeys. But does that make it OK to have such a sustained diatribe on primetime TV? Top Gear often goes out of its way to deflate the more xenophobic comments by having* the German car win, having a cute female test driver (who they let win) etc. This time there was no counter balance. School kids will be repeating parts for years.

(*letting them win more like.)

I believe the public were concerned that the ice was not up to 'generally accepted standards' although Ofc@m will no doubt disagree.
