Its a fucking shambles and further decline on what's happening to the babe channels so far in 2011. We now officially have the worst set of Adult Channels in the whole of Europe. Even the subscription ones are shit and laughable they can even pass off as porn. Again the only so called porn stations in Europe that doesn't show any hardcore and they have the cheek to charge money for them. Fuck we don't even get an encrypted show like we did only a short few months ago aswell as famous live xxx and sport xxx we used to be treated to, nothing absolutely nothing is hardcore anymore, instead just a mountain of soft core rubbish which the rest of Europe would happily throw in a box and dump in the middle of the north sea. Adult entertainment in the UK is a fucking joke and disgrace, just how exactly did we ever come to this. No wonder this country has the worst record in Europe when to comes to drinking. If their was something decent to stay in for it would maybe make people think twice about instead of going down to boozer for a nights worth of heavy drinking which is far more productive than staying in to watch this shit that's being served up to us night after night.

makes u realise why us british men are so bad in bed to hear the ladies say compared to our european neighbours ,its because we dont know what a fanny looks like until its plonked in our laps ,we dont know whether to beat it to death or eat it (literally),i know i thought all women were like a barbie dolls in between their legs until i lost my cherryHuh

Here's the latest broadcast bulletin. No action as yet stated against the babechannels but a couple that were complained about found not in breach, but not the usual suspects.

Fone Girls 05/01/2011 Dirty Talk Participation TV - Harm 1

Honey Days 05/01/2011 Filth Participation TV - Harm 2

Always worth a read if the babechannels are boring.

"Participation TV - Harm". Strange category. Wonder if it relates to sex, or is a new angle.

Other interesting complaints not upheld:
10 o'clock live - 9 complaints
118 118‟s sponsorship of ITV Movies - Violent and dangerous behaviour
BBC News - 4 complaints about Generally Accepted Standards
Come Dine With Me - 1 re Nudity
Doctors - 1 re Sexual Material (mmmmmm, drs and nurses)
Im Sorry I Havent Got A Clue - Radio 4 - 1 complaint re Sexual Material
Logans Run - Five - 1 complaint re Nudity (remind me, did Jenny Agutter get em out?)
Loose Women - shit
Midsomer Murders - Offensive Language
Monk - Offensive Language
This Morning - 25 complaints about Nudity on 2 different dates

This really does make me wonder why £millions are wasted on this garbage. People actually complained about Midsomer Murders, one of the most bland series out there. And radio show Im Sorry i Havent Got A Clue, a retirement home of inoffensive family entertainers.

And where is the Daily Mail tide of outrage about these family shows racking up more complaints about nudity and sexual content that babe channels week in week out?
people will complain about anything and everything, daily mail readers are the biggest twats ever.

here is their review of pauly (nick frost and simon pegg, shaun of the dead brilliant) http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/rev...jokes.html

also they are making a song and dance of a jeremy clarkson on top gear, its reported that he said refereing to jordans pink horsebox, "a pink whore box", news flash daily mail, jordan/katie price is a whore/tart of the lowest order. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/art...-Gear.html

jenny aguter in logans run did not get them out, her dress was see through after it got wet after richard york and herself been under water. see through dress does not equal nudity. doctors is a daytime drama about a doctors practice of course sexual material might pop up now and again.

for pete fucking sake i wish people would use some common sense, dont like dont watch, i dont like the programme loose women so i dont watch. top gear you take what they say with pinch salt again dont like dont watch. people today are so fucking stupid anything they dont like they complain tom ofcom or to whoever. then ofcom or whoever then become all high and mighty start throwing their non-elected government runned arses around. no wonder uk tv is so shit because no is taking anywayh risks in the programming (except for frankie boyle's c4 programme which was actually offensive. dont like the bloke either so i did not watch). the only decent tv thats on is from the states, where if the programme is on only subscription channel they can pretty much do what they want (sparcitus is full of sex, violence and nudity) where as programme is shown a public free channel (cbs, nbc, abc) then are strict rules.

Just the one channel under investigation. Don't generally watch TVX but what i have seen they are very tame with a no total nudity show. Is this an encrypted show.

Latest investigations launched. None against the Babe Channels but that does not mean no more complaints have been made.

Ofc@m still have to decide on 9 complaints against Elite TV, intensify it's actions against licensee's SEL for breach of licence conditions and issue some form of penalty against Playboy for continued breaching of the broadcasting code once the three outstanding complaints (for Xplicit and Red Light Central shows) have been investigated.

Whilst Red Light Central TV have a good stable of presenters don't expect your socks to be blown off by any performance whilst their licensee's are under the cosh.
I think a new law needs to come in that protects the Adult Channels. Any complaints against them should be thrown out of the window and in especially Elite's case as they don't even even appear on freeview so can be pin protected. The fact of the matter is we have the technology in place so any future complaints should be made nil and void. There are far worse things happening in the world such as terrorism to worry about than some harmless adult channels who are not guilty of anything, they provide a lot of late night entertainment and make a lot of people happy and Ofcom should just back the fuck right off them.

Investigations against the babe channels are not always found 'In Breach' but the channels reprieved tend to be the 'safe' ones who never push the limits or in the case of Tease Me were operating under a different licensee who imposed their own stricter standards due to current Ofc@m pressure.

As I keep saying on here the Babe Channels will continue to attract opprobrium from Offcom while they are being shown FTA. Were there broadcasts to be pin-protected they would enjoy a degree more latitude and would certainly diminish the number of complaints enormously.

Agreed that the technology to pin-protect the channels exists, but, to my mind it is crass to suggest that future complaints against them should be null and void when they are not availing themselves of it.

Do you not think that they do not want to become totally pin-protected because, as they are not subscription services, their ability to attract passing trade for their chatlines would be greatly diminished if they did not appear 'free to air'. It's entirely up to them. Either continue as things are and abide by the rules, whatever one may think of them, or become pin-protected, enjoy greater latitude but realise that it will affect your current business model.
