I breaks my heart too. The Hof has let me down big style. I'd got a fiver on Babeworld on 908 being replaced with Inuit Babes before the end of March. For some inexplicable reason, Babeworld seem to be concentrating on UK filmed channels with girls that people actually want to watch again. Madness!

I have no problem with there being gay channels, just as long as I don't tune in by accident - massive turn off, but I support gay people's right to be gay, and don't think it's a choice. What does annoy me is when someone thinks it good marketing to stick a gay channel in the middle of babe channels, increasing the chances of accidental surfing. By the same token I wouldn't support nude babe oil wrestling between 2 BBC channels or 2 antiques channels for elderly accountants. That's not bias or discimination, it's discretion and good neighbourliness.

What does annoy me is that another babe channel seems to be about to fold. If there's a big enough market for gay channels, good luck to them. And I'd love to see the massed ranks of social workers teachers and Labour supporters complaining about censorship.

Or not, as it turns out. There's a surprise, a new babe channel not starting when it's supposed to.

It is though its not a new channel as such more of a rebrand of flith into Honey as there still both owned by TVX they just ainit changed the on screen graphics an epg name yet thats all.
907 moves to 956.

See Levi's thread in the TVX section.

I don't understand why they have done that, Dirty Talk had such a great advantage over the other channels with its high EPG position and low call charges.

Babestation are either going to love or hate this move by TVX - love because a channel which charges significantly less than they do is no longer next to them and well out the way, or hate because Babestation (906) is now sandwiched between two adult premium channels. As I hate Babestation (annoying boxes at the top of the screen with cheesy messages, getting in the way and ruining the picture and full screen advertising every 10 or 15 minutes with the girls completely disappearing off the screen for a minute or so, etc..., etc...), I certainly won't even bother looking at 906 now. The two channels on freeview Ch89 TV News and Ch90 TV News 2 I notice on a freeview site saying this:

New addition to the Freeview lineup. TV News 2 has appeared on Channel 90, joining TV News on Channel 89.

These two channels appear to offer entertainment news and movie clips. The channels are operated by the Cellcast Group, who also run the Babestation and Smile TV channels.

Also noticed on BS1 tonight at bottom right corner inbetween girls name and picture they are advertising Babestation Xtreme Channel 96 from Monday.

There is no more space for any new channels on freeview all the six multiplexes are full why do you think epg prices on freeview are so damn expensive starting at around 10 million just for a channel slot is because there will always be a restriction on space it ainit like satellite where there is loads of space available. Only way currently to launch a new channel on freeview is if you buy a slot off another channel currently on freeview or if another channel close's down. Rant over just winds me up when the freeview lot say so an so should add a new channel its more technical an complicated than just saying put another channel on.

Before singling out the 'Freeview lot', as you call them, its worth bearing in mind what you have posted here isnt common knowledge.
