Seems to me that the whole skype thing is one of those grey areas on MFC where they basically make the rules up as they go along.
As I understand, the only real rule about it is that the models aren't supposed to advertise skype shows for sale by paypal or other non-MFC methods. But a skype show is still strictly out of MFC's control, they could say 'nothing to do with us if you got ripped off over it, should have gone group or private here'. They'll probably only act if lots of people got ripped of and complained in a short space of time, otherwise I suspect they'll do nothing.
The rules do say that a tip is a 'gift', and not to expect or demand anything in return, and tips are strictly non-returnable.
Still, doesn't hurt to register a complaint so at least it's on record, but bottom line is buyer beware with this sort of thing, I've never watched her on MFC, but even I was aware she was dodgy, so do a little research first.
As for her behaviour on twitter and Elite, well it's already been said perfectly well

fair point chilly and indeed it probably should tell me everything i need to know but the impression ive got so far is that away from mfc/skype she isnt a bad person at the moment
as for elite tv cant comment on that opinion since im not a member of their website, just watch the shows which i think are the best of the babeshows at the moment

You really have to wonder at the sanity of some people!
What's really scary is that I see so many people complaining that they can't buy anymore tokens because MFC limits them 'for their own protection', so you have to wonder how much this guy has previously spent just to be allowed this many tokens in the first place.
