I wouldn't call it stealing she has borrowed Jess 400 quid it seems and she hasn't coughed up yet! Probably hasn't got the money to give her now.

What kind of friend ducks another one like this though ? If I borrowed £400 from a pal, and, for whatever reason, couldn't pay it back on the agreed date, I'd say so. NOT avoid her & ignore her MANY messages.
