I'm pretty sure the tips were indeed anonymous, I don't recall for certain, but they were in quick succession, suggesting they were likely the same guy both times.
Like I say, the 45k amount could just be a standard limit on the accounts, both guys had the same limit and tipped the lot, the guy I saw may have then quickly bought a load more and tipped those as well.
The real crazy thing with these big tips is that whatever it cost for those tokens the girl you're tipping is only getting half that, the rest goes to the site!
On a similar note, someone, I forget who, put a load of vids on manyvids. They put them with really high silly prices, using the site just to provide previews of the vids, with the idea being guys would then buy the vids with tokens on mfc. Turns out guys were still buying them at the stupidly high prices on manyvids
